Assistant Professor of Higher Education, UCR
Former UC Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Research Professor, USC
Ph.D. in urban education policy, USC 
B.S. in human biology and African and African American studies, Stanford University

Dr. Rall’s research is centered on higher education leadership and governance. She is particularly interested research that helps further illuminate and connect aspects of decision-making that are central to the concepts of equity, diversity, and inclusion. “To whom much is given, much is required,” inspires her life’s work.
